Shipping
Typically orders placed before Noon will ship by the following business day. Certain items may take longer for us to ship. If this is the case, you will be notified after your order is placed. If you need an item by a certain date please call to check availability and shipping options prior to making a purchase.
Shipping Methods
We ship most of our products using UPS as our carrier. Certain items may ship using USPS to improve delivery rates and times, such as vapes. If you need your order expedited please call so we can calculate the additional shipping charges for your order.
Shipping Destinations
While all of our products meet federal requirements for being legal, local governments are allowed to regulate the sale of some of our products. As a result, we only ship to the United States.
Our THCA Products Cannot Be Shipped To:
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Minnesota
- Oregon
- Rhode Island
- Utah
- Vermont
Returns and Refunds
Our refund and returns policy is in effect for 14 days from receipt of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging with the included paperwork, at your expense.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first for instructions on how to proceed. We must issue you a shipping label from our approved hemp shipping accounts to ship our products legally.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@greendiamondgroup.com for instructions
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must contact us for a shipping label. No exceptions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and will be invoiced before a return label is provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
